Description

: Medium hardness, closer to hard grades. Perfectly crunches. Snow-white, dense, ringing loudly, on mouth-watering slices and plates with sharp edges. When chewing it turns into a chalky mass with a grain that will melt in the mouth for a long time. The aroma is classic chalky with a note of wet concrete floor.
